Perfect for Smoothies

I bought the Shake 'n Take and the 2 extra bottles. When I first received it I couldn't get it to work until I realized I didn't turn the top part far enough. It has worked just fine and since I am on a diet, I like the fact that I can make just one serving without getting our big blender dirty. I find it does ice fine - I put that in first and crush it before adding the other ingredients. I'm glad I purchased it.

I recently purchased a Shake 'n Take Smoothie mixer. I find the cup a little hard to twist onto the motor housing, but persistence pays off. I really like the individual serving size and being able to drink right out of the mixing bottle. I also like being able to mix different ingredients for different individuals. I bought the extra bottles so I could make individual smoothies for my 3 grandchildren.

Don't bother

I was very dissapointed with this product. It has no power. The blades at the bottom didn't even make a chip in the ice. I am still experimenting with it to see if I can hopefully get some use out of it.

Works Great

Husband bought this months ago and I bought two extra containers to go with it. It isn't supposed to be used as a household blender, but a personal smoothie maker. With two extra containers we have the flexibility of making our own smoothies. It blends ice, yogurt, fruit, juice, you name it. I have no complaints thus far. It was a great investment! I recommend it to those looking to help fend off ice cream cravings!

This machine is worthless. I ordered two, one for myself and one for a friend. Both broke down within a month's worth of use. I'm sure you get what you pay for and the mixer is cheaply priced, but is not worth it if you only can use it 30 days before it konks out. One Spirit is great about giving you the money back and they were very prompt with their refund. I commend them on that, but am disappointed that they continue to offer an inferior product after having so many bad reviews posted. How many do they need before they get the message that this mixer sucks? I went to a discount store and bought a similar sized unit and it has worked great for about $20. It has lasted well past 30 days, so save your time and effort and just go to your local discount store to get this type of product. Happy Smoothie making ya'll.
