Not one of my Favorites

This is the only one of his books that I think the movie was better on. Good read- but not one of my favorites.

I could not put this book down once I started reading it. This was truly an eye opener. It sure made me think how life can change in an instant. We need to make sure we are right with God at all times.

Sweetly Reminiscent of an Innocent Time
October 06, 2009

Easy and comfortable - like your favorite slippers - to fit into the town and with the characters. Sweet and innocent as we all were at an early age. New way to describe and cherish a first love. This writer knows how to touch the human emotions.

GREAT...As Usual!
October 03, 2009

I have read all of Nicholas Sparks' books and somehow I had missed this one so I finally read it and as usual, it was great. The only thing was, I figured out what was going on way before Landon did but it was still worth the read and maybe a second one later. I usually read all of his books 3-4 times. I just wish that he could write as fast as I read!!
