RONALD H. SPECTOR
The Professor of History and International Affairs at the Elliot School of International Affairs at George Washington University, Professor Ronald H. Spector has served in various government positions and on active duty in the Marine Corps, as well as being the first civilian to ever become Director of Naval History and the head of the Naval Historical Center. His books include The Naval War College and the Development of the Naval Profession; At War At Sea: Sailors and Naval Combat in the Twentieth Century; After Tet: The Bloodiest Year in Vietnam, and many others.
